I saw an ad on Google showcasing a clothing site. I clicked on it & landed on https://www.ethnicfashionstore.com/. Here I saw some products & added a few items in my cart before finalizing the purchase, I had some doubt so cancelled it after receiving an OTP.

Somehow the order went through. Now, these guys sent me a confirmation mail that order has been placed but there is no response to follow up emails. It is a complete fraud. Amount of around 299 was deducted from my account through Razorpay and it says that amount sent to STRI ONLINE, Surat.

I cannot upload multiple attachments here, else would have done. Please help me. I need my money back. This is absolutely not acceptable. How can Facebook allow such frauds to run ads?

There should be strict action taken against Facebook as well as Razorpay for making tie-ups and promoting such fraudsters. Please help me get my money back.
