Just Dial.com a very big name in the industry but famous for it’s frauds and wrong commitments. Almost 4 years back  also we had a very bad experience with this company.  but their executive call us and visited many times. Executive told us that there are so many changes in the company and confirmed us that go once again with the company.  we started a campaign with this company and a debit of Rs. 1769 started from the month of March. But they did not do any changes as per our requirement in the listings and following wrong doings were done by the company.

1. Company said there will be one debit per month but in March itself company did 2 debits of Rs. 1769/- each on 4th March and 16th march, when asked company did not have any answer for the same and said that it was wrongly done and now no debit will be done in April.
2. For precautionary measure we put a mail on 2nd April to stop the auto debit because of the lock down but company auto debited the same on 6th April again.
3.  We did not receive any response after paying to Justdial as per their commitments. Even despite requests they did not change to correct information about us.
4. Lastly just dial exective forced us to sign the contract on the pretext that we should trust him. I told him that I will sign the contract after reading and he can collect the next day from me. But, he told that he was in hurry and can provide the photocopy after signing the contract only.
5. Now they are saying that contract is for one year and you can not stop auto debit/ECS from your account.
6. Earlier we got the call directly from customer and after paying to just dial our calls routed through Just dial landline number and every customer number is with just dial and they are giving it to your competitors or convincing them to get the paid services.

Now I suggest everybody not to deal with justdial with paid services. Your free services are better compare to your paid services. There is no provision of contract cancellation. They will never provide you a copy of contract. This is a fraud company and suggest not to deal with company.

I am a small tutor from Zirakpur (Punjab) and amount deducted every month is important to me. Even government as well as RBI is supporting for the EMI’s and Payments but such private companies are looting the innocent people with fraudulent ways as no body is able to complaint on these days.
