I had placed an order for supply of watch on cash on delivery basis. The delivery man insisted on payment before delivery. I had made payment through phonepe an amount of Rs1999 and in the presence of delivery man, I had opened the package and found it was containing only five pieces of face mask and the ordered watch wasn’t found. A video taken in this regard is attached.On contacting my bank through which the payment was processed, I found that the amount was credited to ICICI bank account number.000405115584.
Since the suppier has cheated with fraudulent supplies, I request the amount be returned to my account immediately.
