I have ordered Air cooler(Brand-Thomson) on 22/3/2023. After 3 months on 19.06.2023 the cooler stopped working at 11:30pm. I contacted immediately to flipkart through email and they provided me service center email id and contact number. Accordingly i contacted service station on +91 8551016716(Mr.Khan). On 30.06.2023 Mr Vinod Gupta (+91 9821745590)visited to my house and dismentled the cooler. He found that the FAN of cooler was damaged and he stated that this is manufacturer’s defect. He took the damaged fan with him for replacement. After 17 days he refused to replace the fan which is under warranty. I reached out to flipkart for warranty issue but they raised their hand and ran away from its responsibility. I am being cheated here. So i am requesting you to look in to the matter and take necessary action.
