Text of Complaint by Rahul Kumar:

After add money in the wallet i am unable to send my money in bank account. When i call in paytm care the his representative doesn’t solve my problem and disconnect  my call. When he doesn’t pay my balance , doesn’t send my money in my account on right time then why he provides this type of app to us. Last time I pay 1500 via qr then after 24 hrs he upload money in my account. I need to pay my credit loan back month but i can’t pay.

and last thing when i message in care via paytm app then after 5 days responses my message.
