Dear Sir

I have bought a keypad mobile by flipkart on 10 May 2024. I have received this product on 13th May 2024. But the product is used or changed by anyone before reaching to me.

The product was open box delivery but the delivery boy has not opened it. Product has scratches on it’s body.

When I got the invoice on flipkart app today (14th May 2024), I found that the IMEI number on invoice and in product are different. This is fraud by company to customers.

Anyone, who has changed my product can do missuse of this. Bill is on my name but I have not received the right product.

Please help me to solve this issue otherwise I will face problems in future.
