I booked flight ticket through travolook.in from Kolkata to Jaipur for six members of my family on 13th October 2021.Amount deducted from my Bank Rs.39394/-.Ref.No.297437089.Even after 5 five minutes of my booking time I didn’t get confirmation of my booking. After 5 minutes I got a call from Travelook that My ticket was not booked as the fare was increased, If I a pay increased fare the ticket will be booked,for which I didn’t agreed. They informed me that the ticket was cancelled and the booking amount witll be refunded with in 7 to 10 working days. But till date I haven’t received my refund amount.Daily I am following this issue but every time I am getting the scripted answer from travelook support team that the refund has been initiated and it will reflect in your account with in 3 days(2 days,5 days,7 days). Several calls I made,sometimes they are not picking my phone call. I request Consumer Complaints Court to provide justice to me.
