I booked one air ticket in travelook site for my husband on 1 st April 2021. After that they send one mail your ticket canceled because of some system error and refund will be credit in your account with in 10 days. Today is 29 th April still not yet received my refund amount. when I am calling they are not picking the phone also.
This company is fraud. Making money from people without booking the tickets.
