We had Booked Flight Ticket from Vijayawada to Bangalore in Travolook Website. They had deducted amount of Rs.10796/- , and asked to wait for ticket confirmation. But without confirming my ticket, they directly cancelled my ticket and asking to wait for 15 days to refund my amount. As we contacted Travolook customer service, they are talking very rudely and not giving proper response. Why these kind of fraud websites are maintained by Airlines. Common Man is suffering alot because of this worst security terms by the Govt of India. very very bad and worst experience from Indian Airlines.
