The travel company name is TRAVENTURE HOLDAY PVT LTD and GST number is 29AAICT2435R1ZL. I paid Rs. 75000 for 5 years tour package with one complimentary package. They told me to provide extra services also like gym, yoga, spa, etc. I asked them multiple times to book the tickets and give access of gym, yoga, spa services. Everytime they used to tell that will do but they have never provided any single service. Now they are not responding to my call and e-mails. Please help to resolve this fraud.
Please help me to get my refund back please ?
It’s hard earned money swiped it through credited card and paying 7162 INR every month from past 6 months
Kindly help me to get my amount back
