I booked my ticket today on Nov 21 2021 , from Banglore to Surat for Jan 2 2022, after paying the whole amount i was told to wait for 30 minutes until i get my confirmed ticket , but even after that there was no mail nor did i get any confirmation mail, later i received from the customer care that my ticket is cancelled and i will get the refund amount in 7-10 days, after that i read some reviews on quora and i came to know that there have been hundreds of others who haven’t received their payment even after 2 months , so i am also writing this email to Delhi high court and cyber crime gurgaon for this scam.
