On 22nd Sep 2021, I booked a flight on www.travolook.in website and it got cancelled after 15 mins. They said the amount will be refunded back to my account within 7-10 working days, but it is still not refunded yet. Today’s date is 24th Nov 2021. More than 2 months passed.
I have follow up multiple times but they always say over calls and emails that they will refund the amount in 7-10 working days.
I have all proof for my complaints, e.g. call recordings, follow up emails, bank transactions etc.
My booking reference number is : REF445677868
I request to the officials to look into this cheat case and hope that I get the right justice soon.
Please do not allow these type of companies to provide any service to our country.
