Sir we booked Airlines Tickets From Hyderabad To mysore on 20 January 2021 Through Travolook.in,for 23 passengers Travelling Date is 26 march 2021,for indigo airlines, without intimation they cancelled our entire 23 tickets,I got a message from indigo airways,I.e your tickets are cancelled.Then I called a Travolook.in,they said because of technical issues tickets are cancelled from indigo airlines,then I called to indigo airlines they said they got a call from Travolook to cancelled all 23 tickets.I mailed to Travolook.in for refund our amount of Cancellation tickets,they reply 10 to 15 working days.After 15 working days,Again I mailed to Travolook.in they reply 7 to 8 working days.Again and again they reply the same.more than 50 days over,I Have not received my payment yet,I make a payment through My SBI credit card,No is 4047458064348037,Sir please take necessary action against them.I booked a Complaint Against Travolook,To my Local city Hyderabad Cyber cell crime and they Lodged a FIR No is 123/ 2021 dated 22 January 2021.But, they have not given any information to us,Reference ID are as below. Hello Friends
I am a victim of TRAVOLOOK booking site. I had tried booking a flight ticket on Feb 21, my money got deducted but my ticket wasn’t booked. I have raised a complaint with TravoLook (Reference Id: REF428218890) on the same day. They have updated me that I would receive my refund with 10-12 working days. Till now everything seems fine, not really, they have been testing my patience till today. I HAVEN’T RECEIVED MY REFUND EVEN AFTER 15 WORKING DAYS.
Just now the customer care executive asked me to wait for 7 more working days. I have been requesting them for my refund almost thrice in the last 15 days……. With no surprise they asked me to be patient few more days. Here comes the justification for my title, please don’t ever plan your trip via TRAVOLOOK.
NOTE: Pathetic customer service – Wait time would be approximately 15 minutes and hold time would be another 10 more minutes.
