The travel company name is TRAVENTURE HOLDAY PVT LTD and GST number is 29AAICT2435R1ZL. I paid Rs. 75000 for 5 years tour package with one complimentary package. Now they closed banglore office and if I call they told it’s shifted to Mysore, They told me they provide extra services also like gym, yoga, spa, events passes , wonder la coupons etc. I asked them multiple times to book the tickets or issue the coupons and give access, but they have never provided any single service. Please help to resolve this fraud.
