I booked a ticket on Travolook site on 20th September through BHIM app, the transaction on pending for 3days, but now it’s showing payment complete on 23rd sep 1:17am. But till now not getting PNR number Or ticket confirmation email. when I call the Marchant customer care told me they didn’t get the money yet. He also misbehave me not to refund the amount or not to book ticket.
