There were two fraudulent transactions of INR 20,200/- and INR 19,695/- on my Paytm Postpaid account number 9818372139 on 20th Dec2021 at 10.19 AM and 10.20 AM IST . These two transactions has been done in favor of Psytm having account number as 10018482854 having order numbers 16668511671 and 16668071896. Both the transactions has got description as Rent Paid . The invoice bills generated for both these fraud transactions are attached with this complain. I have already raised this issue with Paytm Team but they are not providing any logs on this and they are not helping me on this. Rather they have generated a bill amount of Rs 39,895/- to be paid by 7th Jan2022 where as they know very well these two fraudulent transaction were possible because of a security lapse in their system. How can someone else log in to my Paytm account from some other device without OTP being delivered to my Paytm phone number 9818372139 ? They are absolutely silent on this ? I request you to please look into this serious matter and provide help on this. All details are there in this mail chain. Please let me know if I need to provide any further details on this.
