Hi,
I booked a new connection on 13th March online for 150 mps speed.
A person called me and stated in my localit only 40mps is available for same monthly rent.
I confirmed ok for 40Mbps.
13-Mar
Then he generated eCAF_0801177150.
14-Mar
After that local team called and informed , in my place only 16 Mbps .
I mentioned not ok for that and asked for refund.
15- Mar
Again, local team called for installation and I asked for refund.
They mentioned, it will be refunded in 48 hours.
20-Mar
Called customer care to check the status. Mentioned my request was not cancelled. They stated the are canceling and stated refund will happen in 7 days.
31-Mar.
Till now my refund hasn’t happened.
