On 4 th of december 2023,without my concern it raised my limit to 25000 rupees, immediately after sometime i have got a call from number saying we are from simpl pay and someone trying to change my contact number in the account,asking for otp,after entering the otp any transactions didnt happen at that time, on the next day 5 th december, i started receiving many otps from simpl pay and for each otp 1000 rupees is getting cut from my account to bharat gas from billbox, all transactions are done by fraudulent source,I want simpl pay to resolve this issue and close my account permanently.
