Fraud transactions happened from my SBI credit card to Flipkart . Cyber crime FIR filed, reported to SBI for cancellation of transaction within few minutes after getting debit sms. Also informed Flipkart for traking the order from my credit card and cancel the same. Response from both banker- sbi as well as merchant – Flipkart is as follows below:
Flipkart customer service says that your query has been raised , you will get call from our backend team and it will be resolved within 24 hours. However 5 days have passed, but none of the backend team responded yet.
SBI is saying that we are dependant on merchant, if your amount is refunded , we will revert it. Else it will be your liability and it does not matter whether you informed at very early stage. They are outrightly refusing to further resolve and saying to follow up with cyber crime.
However the fact is , same OTP received over email and SMS is different in which itself is not justified. Even if the Email was compromised , my early information regarding the cancellation of transaction was not addressed which as per RBI was before 3 days.
Kindly look into the matter and resolve. Total amount of dispute is 51975
