Hello Team,
This is to inform you that below icici account (which is not mine)has been added to my phone pay account (9730077328) and all the received amount in phonepe has been credited to ICICI account.
Ac no- ********8402
Name- Mr.Mohit jayant kamble
Ifsc -icic0001474
Below are my Complaints
1. Is my mob no 9730077328 Linked with this ICICI account no?
2.If yes then how my mob no has been linked to someones else ICICI bank account.
3.If no then how someones else ICICI account has been added to my phonepe account as a beneficiary.
I have raised a complaint in phonepe , however they are asking me to raise a complaint in the ICICI bank as they from their end can’t reverse the amount.
I have complaint to ICICI bank also but didn’t get satisfactory solution

as per Priya, her phone number was linked to my bank account but when I inquired in the bank they said no other number is linked to my account, I also suggested her to check with phone pe and provided my bank details to her to verify from her end. Not sure how beneficiary was added to her Phonepe account.
Submitted the my avidence to the ICICI Bank manager.
Priya got her money back AND THIS ISSUE IS ALREADY RESOLVED.
