“I am writing to report a suspicious transaction on my [credit card] account. On [Date 24 November ] at [time5:07pm], a transaction of [30000and 5000thousand] was made without my knowledge or consent.
I did not make this transaction and I have no record of it. I have not shared my card details with anyone and I have not authorized this transaction.
I request you to investigate this transaction and take necessary actions to secure my account. I have not provided any authorization for this transaction and I request you to cancel it immediately.
Please let me know if you need any further information from me to investigate this matter.”
