Text of Complaint by Bhavik Thakkar:

My Mobile was hacked by the Fraudster and the Fraudster has taken a loan of INR 100000 in my name from HDFC Bank and loan was sanction without any verification and the Fraudster has debited total INR 79500 (INR 39500 and INR 40000) from my HDFC Bank account. While responding on my complain HDFC Bank has stated that there is no deficiency of service at their end because the transaction has happened through a valid pin originating from my mobile number. However, the bank has completely ignored the fact that his entire banking system has been compromised and its subject to hacking /Fraud. while responding on my complain the bank has conveniently ignored to explain how the loan was granted to me in the first place without my knowledge and without any application and without any verification. This clearly indicates that it is the bank system which is compromised as a result of which our suffer because the bank has been hacked and all my personal data has been obtained by the hacker from the bank side and hence the bank cannot say just because it has received a valid pin from my mobile number the transaction is duly authenticated. Because of the negligence of the bank this fraud has happened in my account, and it create stress and anxiety for me. I have already filed the complaint to Cyber Crime whose Ack no is 33203230003363. Would request you to look into the matter and resolve it as I am middle class man living in depression now days as i cannot afford to pay back loan amount for which i have not applied or taken.
