Hi Team,
I am Abhishek, my phone number is 8092150283, email id is abhibunty881@gmail.com. I had a credit of Rs. 28500 in my Mobikwik ZIP wallet. Today, 26th of 2023 there were 4 transactions done through my credit wallet. Consuming my Total balance Rs. 28500. I have raised a concern with customer care several times but they are incompetent to resolve the issue as they keep suggesting me to email on “fraudalerts@mobikwik.com”. I have also raised concern on the app after that my account was blocked. I have sent several mail to “fraudalerts@mobikwik.com” with attached screenshot of the transaction message I received. But I haven’t received any response from them till date. They have also generated a bill on 5th July 2023 for Rs 28500 and they are kept on adding penalty on that amount without addressing the issue I raised.
Kindly, help in resolving the issue as it was a serious case of fraud due to Mobikwik tech and data security failure. And take strict action against this company as this company provide zip wallet and then leak the personal data to do fraud and then don’t address these transactions issues at all.
