Dear Sir,
1. There was fraud transaction done through on my simple app Rs 15,000/-.
2. That the same was done on 23rd January and i didn’t get otp but got message that Rs 15,000/- has been used from simpl pay.
3. That the transaction was done in Rajasthan and by this amount the fraud one did Kotak fast tag recharge.
4. Then raised ticket with the support team and still didn’t provide any such resolution.
5. That even after knowing the whole concern i was asked to pay Rs 15,000/-
6. Detail for reference no. ticket id-3087188
7. It would be pertinent to add here that prolonging with no information till date is highly inconsiderable.
8. That even after stating issues, my client’s matter wasn’t even taken into serious consideration.
9. That due to the said incident i had to bear different losses.
10. I have all the original proof which is now kept as an evidence if required further.
11. That upon umpteen follow-ups when no resolution was found.
12. Please look into this matter with foremost importance to provide the proper and facilitated time in respect of providing proper services with resolving issues at earliest and help me to get my money back and cancellation of charges Rs 15,000/- ( Rupees Fifteen Thousand Only) against the same.
