There were multiple transactions occurred from my HDFC account on 25th April 2020 and 26th April 2020. Got transaction messages at midnight around 11.30 PM and 12 AM. It came in bulk. Please note, I was sleeping at that time and had not done any transaction on that day. I have blocked my debit card. Please provide support or assistance immediately. Please note the amount details:
(a) Google*Temporary Hold ~ 1, 1, 1, -1, -1, and -1 (1 rupee was debited and then was credited the same happened for three times)
(b) Google*Proxima Beta – 7900, 3999, 7900,3999, 79
(c) Google*Miniclip– 2710
The total amount is 26587 rupees. Call me please if you need more info. I was trying to reach out to the customer care representative, but there was no response. IVR system of HDFC customer care was redirecting me and there was none to respond to me. Read a couple of complaints in the browser and they are almost matching my case. All these people are affected by the same type of fraud and the merchant is Google*Proxima Beta, Google*Miniclip, and Google*Temprary Hold. Please help me in getting my money back.
