Good afternoon Sir/Madam,
I have an account with the porur axis bank in chennai and i raised a complaint twice (29148199 and 28611886) on a fraud transaction around 90000 rupees happened in my account happened on 30th october 2016. Still i didnt get any response from the bank. i have produced the bank transaction documents, cyber crime complaint copy, my debit card and forms filled. can you please help me in getting that amount.
