On the date of 31 July 2023, i have received a call, saying from ICICI Bank PAY BACK Department. A women has offered to retrive all the unused Pay Back points as money to my Credit Card account. Then she has sent messages through ICICI Bank logo containing gateway. She has asked for the Credit Card details and also the OTP details which upon belief i have shared on call to them. Later they said this will be updated in the i-mobile in 15 minutes which didn’t happens and instead they have made a transaction of Rs. 24837.26. These are my HARD earned money and please help to recover.
