I (Meena Singh) My account no (i) 37933825338 Branch Air Force Station Pathankot Punjab and my daughters (Sunandini ) account no is (ii) account 20236408036 Branch Air Force Station Gwalior MP. Fraud transaction of amount Rs 10000 and Rs 10600 was made on 28 Sep 19 through link sent via sms for account no (i) and Rs 15900 from account no (ii). I was supposed to pay Rs 10 through GOOGLE PAY for my courier parcel.
on opening this link I entered Rs 10 and submitted GOOGLE PAY PIN from account No (i) as stated above. Fraudster said that this account is not linked do payment from other account then I did the same from account (ii). There after balance of both above said account became zero. All said transactions are credited to PAYTM mob account no 9185140404. Detail complaint in this concern has been lodged in PAYTM through e-mail (support@paytm.com)on 01 Oct 19, but till date NIL response. SBI Branch manager Air force station Pathankot suggested me that money can be recovered if paytm do help because all the transactions have been made through paytm account. Fraudster paytm account is linked with mobile No. 9185140404.
Sir, your one positive step can become an appropriate solution of this fraudulent. Kindly looked in to matter and provide me the details of bank account of fraudster. So an action can be taken against accused.
