Dear Sir/Madam
This is to inform you that, The company MEGMA SOFT App NAME – MONEY VIEW LOAN on PLAY STORE has done a false ECS of Rs 570 into my account.
though I haven’t got any loan or nothing from their side. After apply loan 10 OCT 2022 they rejected my loan after NACH auto debited generated and
They are taking advantages of this facility and spoiling my credibility hitting unexpected ECS to our account intentialy.
RBI should issue some guideline on this facility no one should take Advantages of this facility.
I we given ESC authorise it should not mean they are full rught to do anything with our account.
After 2days 12 Oct 2022 they presented ECS of 570 rs in my CITI BANK account but luckily there was no money in may account.
But it marked ECS dishonoured status in my Acount statement which not good.
After 3 days they again tried the same represented ECS twice on 15th Oct 2022 500 and 90. This time I was requested already stopped ECS hence no money was debited.
But again it marked ECS dishonoured status in my Acount statement which not good.
I tried to contact them but not appropriate contact.
MEGMA SOFT IS FRAUD COMPANY and still they are fooling many peoples and their APP should get immedaitely removed from Google Play Store.
Documents of proof are atteched.
Please do the needful some strict action on them.
