Saw an ad on Facebook on 26th November and did a transaction for ‘4th Generation Rotating Kitchen Rack’ by clubline.online. After transaction I only received a mail saying the transaction was successful and didnt give me any other details except at the end its stated as PayU on behalf of clubline.online Later I found out that website doesn’t even exist. Please help.

Hi! As checked, this is a successful transaction via PayU Id – 14310580431 at our end and the amount for the same has been remitted to the merchant. For any concern regarding, delivery of the product/Payment receipt/Account Details/Cancellation/Refund, request you to contact the merchant directly on [email protected] to get the status at their end.
I have also buying a 4th generation kitchen rack from gumppy kitchen shopify. Com but soon I realise that they are not providing any order details and there email I’d is also fake so please guys be aware with these kinds of fake sides and there advertisement
In this technology era also, we are deceived by the fake shopping sites and it is pity that there is no effective filtration of these sites / effective control over those sites. Fake sites are freely floated by just having fake mail id and fake sim. I have also paid 1100/- for a good looking saree. Only shocked after seeing a used waste cloth in the actual parcel. Courier people, who collected cash on delivery claimed that the amount was paid to the merchant and they are not responsible for the fake goods. This proved that even COD is not a safer mode.
I ORDERED THE SAME KITCHEN RACK FROM SHOPIFY FROM A DEALER AND I AM NOT ABLE TO OPEN THE LINK AS IT SAYS THE LINK IS INVALID . MY AMOUNT HAS BEEN DEDUCTED . PLEASE ASSIST ME .
