In August 2021, 2 transactions were done with ‘Retail domestic pt mumbai’ which was not done by me. 1 transaction done on 12 Aug 21 for 1021.95 Rs and on 14 Aug 21 for 370.47 Rs. When I asked Bank to provide the details where the transaction has been done, they were unable to provide it to me and asking me to pay the amount.
