(Flipkart account – 8076216101, Deepak Verma, deepakvermav63@yahoo.com)
this is to informed you that, on 7th of nov21, a fraud done on my flipkart account, wherein 1 apple phone & charger too was ordered,
ordered book via Pay later services of some your quick services, since day i was unable to logged in my flipkart account, as hacker done changed my e-mail id, address. mobile & my name also,
for same i logged a complaint on same date, References number of IN2111072037352632227, (7th nov 21),
your call center executive (shilpi) given me some information regarding shipment delivered, At- Yoga Ashram marg sector 3 rohini, new delhi 110085, cell no 78799971963, Ravi Kant,
I logged a one FIR against fraud done- FIR NUMBER 817000512102850, ON 8TH NOV21, AT TILAK NAGAR NEW DELHI POLICE STATION,
now i want resolution of this complaint & will not pay any single amount against same, even multiple time called your customer care but still no response revived yet,
