This is to inform about Fraud Transaction ( Bharat Gas ) – 20th February 2022 happened out of my knowledge. on the same day, I informed to customer care and they simply provided the number where the transaction took place. I am really shocked by this way of response.
When some fraud transaction took place, It is your responsibility to look into it and take an immediate action.
I tried calling on that number, I informed him about this fraud transaction, He simply cut the phone
and put my number in blocking list.
Enclosed the details of Fraud transaction. Here is the number where the transaction took place (
9801148685 ) His name is Aslam.
I never used Dhani app for any online purchases or anything else.
I would really appreciate if you can look into this immediately and get it resolved.
