Hello,
My name is Babu Annam from Chennai, India.
I am your Bajaj Finserv credit card holder for a long. Today there was an unusual transaction on dated 12th April 2020 from my credit card found without OTP. I also got transaction emails from your side mentioning without OTP.
These are 11 emails with different transactions like Rs 1, 7900 and 799 of 9 times on the name of Google *proxima beta which was not done by me. It is fraud. I need refund.
I have never shared my credit card details to anyone. I don’t know how they got it and did transactions without OTP.
In this Covid19 situation, I am not able to contact RBL Bajaj finance customer care. Somehow, I blocked it. Even after blocked my credit card also they made a transaction of 7900 rupees which the information has got from respective customer care engineer.
