Dear sir,
This is informed to consumer court team that date (15/02/2020) some unauthorized transactions were done from my account no.(32541229051Branch- khurja, District- Bulandshahr).This was an un-authorised transaction in the name of “Google*proxima beta g.co/helpp. I have never shared my credentials to anyone. I received only amount deduction message 4 times but I did not receive any otp on my number still my amount was deducted. The moment, I got to know that 4 transactions were done without any otp and my permission in my bank account . That’s when I called SBI customer care and told them about the all thing and then I got my debit card blocked. Three transactions was done from my bank account that is : (85, 799, 799, 799.)
I am truly dissatisfied with SBI bank’s officer. Today (17/2/2020) I went to the SBI Bank for complaining and told them about all issue then SBI officer told me why are not you using netbanking. Then I told them Sir I have debitcard as well. So why can I not use it. Then officer replied, I don’t know about it but you should have used netbanking. I got this type of answer from SBI officer.
Request you take immediate action on the above fraud transaction to get back the refund urgently.
