Dear sir,
This is informed to consumer court team that date (09/05/2020) some unauthorized transactions were done from my account no.(50100070260554, Jubilli Hills Branch Hyderabad).
This was an un-authorised transaction in the name of “Google*proxima beta . I have never shared my credentials to anyone. I received only amount deduction
messageS 6 times but I did not receive any otp on my number still my amount was deducted. The moment, I got to know that 6 transactions were done
without any otp and my permission in my bank account . That’s when I called HDFC customer care and told them about the all thing and then
I got my debit card blocked. Six transactions was done from my HDFCbank account that is : (3999, 1949, 7900, 799,1,1) of total Rs 14746/- was debited from my HDFC ACCOUNT.
Request you take immediate action on the above fraud transaction to get back the refund urgently.
