I Have done booking at Summit Norling Resort & Spa, Gangtok from 1st Aug to 3rd Aug 2021. The booking was done on 21st July . I did a transaction for amount Rs. 8,458.72 on 21-JUL-21 at Retail Domestic PT
The amount has been deducted from my credit card however the booking confirmation ID was not generated. I contacted hotel and they have confirmed that there is no such booking is being shown in their system.

Following are the details of my booking in North Goa-
1) date of booking – 4/10/2021 around 8.30 pm
dates for which booking was done – 23/10/2021 to 27/10/2021 for two rooms
2) hotel- Resort Primo Bom Terra Verde , Baga Beach, Goa
3)Amount deducted- Rs 27,716.86
The Amount has been deducted from my account even though I did not receive any mail or messages regarding booking confirmation. I only received SMS of deduction of the aforementioned amount. When the hotel was contacted i was shocked to know that no such confirmation was received by them from Agoda for the said dates.
i am totally dejected.Please refund my booking amount at the earliest.
