I have made a booking through Agoda on 08.02.2021. A sum of Rs. 12378.24 debited from my card account fvg Retail Domestic PT_AgoMumbai MHIN, but no booking made.Checked with Agoda customer care and they are saying that there is no such transaction made.And I haven’t received any refund.
