Summary of issue:
Incident date 14th Jan
We shared OTP to some person and he ordered 3 mobile phones from Amazon.
As messge from bank says it has been shopped to Amazon.We called Amazon customer care and asked them to cancel the orders which was done from debit card mentioned in below email.Amazon shared details of place and delivery date is 17th Jan.on 15th ,Police has dropped email to Amazon nodal officer , grievance and customer care team to stop the delivery of products and Leadership team confirmated that we received that email.We will put those accounts on hold and will cancel it.On 16th as well, customer care executive as well as leadership team told that your orders are ob hold and we are not going to deliver them so dont worry.We trusted team and they asked us to wait dfoe 7 days.on 23 rd jan leader ship team said we have delivered those orders.All the above information goes in to lie state.We cant trust them more and we are asking now for update from them Since due to their miscommunication delivery happened,why we have been asking us to wait.
They even are not letting us know status of items delivered and we have all recording where leadership team has confirmed me multiple times.
