I’ve paid for cibil subscription through upi and the transaction got successfully and the settlement is successfully done in the merchant account.. But I’m done with my subscription as it is got failed.. My money is also not got refunded.. After I visited my bank SBI.. they provided the details of the recipient bank details and I got to know that it is fake.. The Cibil is also not responding..
