I had made a booking on Agoda but however I was charged money and did not receive any booking confirmation. The amount debited was 10698 in the name of Retail Domestic Pt. Please could you act upon it as soon as possible.

Any update on your refund? I have the same issue while I was making bookings through Agoda.
Would really appreciate if you could update me on the same.
