Call received from +91 78113 98102 today i.e on 7-10-23 at 8.30pm stating that it is an automatic generated system call alerting unauthorized access of postpaid account from unknown device. It asked to press 1 if not done by me then asked enter otp for confirmation in IVR call. No one called in person and it was all a system generated call only stating that paytm autogenerated system call.
After that I could find fraud transaction of rs. 4818.60, 2500, 9708 in the post paid account. Immediately reported issue to paytm and cybercrime department with all proofs that I have, please help me in refunding the money
