I ordered a product seeing advertisment in Instagram and paid a amount of 1599/- rupees through PayU channel but untill today i didn’t received any product or info . when i lodged a complain in PayU they are saying they cannot do anything. I have submitted a complaint through the mail leou09@outlook.com ,which was given in the company website for registering consumer complaints. They respond to me that i should wait for 7 to 15 days. Even after a month i didn’t receive the product.

I seek justice not for the amount of money but the kind of fraud they are..

I believe PayU, Instagram and Ayushi trader should be held responsible..

We trust Instagram and so we trust the advertisment that it publishes and purchase items.

We trust payment gateways like PayU but when this sort of frauds happens they are washing away their hands and saying that they cannot do anything..

In last the Ayushi traders how come they got so much of freedom that they are doing the frauds to this level.

I hope someone take care of this..
