I purchased a shoe but shoe quality is bad so I returned on 23 october.then meesho cancelled my return request .I tried many time to connect customer care but I did not get any salutations customer care disconnect my call many times.Then again request to pic shoe .they picked my shoe and say you will get the notification regarding the same but meesho have no record to pic my item .When I was telling that when will get I refund the refused that I have no item .After 2 month after many compliments on social media may discussion he returns my money after 2 month .I had fallow 2 month for my money …
Not action taken about my concern .
He picked my item 1 November 2021 and they refund my money on 8 December .I continually following up ..
But no posative response by meesho no call ..I get many fraud call but meesho did not know the time value of customer .He said your order is just 342 so this is not large ammount so I can not proces on priority basis
I want compansation from 23 october till I will get solve it ..
I want to go court leagal action against meesho .
Pls help us I am student pls help us to resolve it …
This is totally fraud company pls I want meesho shud me ban in India otherwise he have to compensate to me for my valuable time …

complain regarding meesho fraud meesho is no1 fraud company i had purchase a air pump which is damage i had rejected and return that but meesho has told that they had not recieved the product so i went to consumer court and they told to refund my amount that also they had not recieved
