There is this add which was published in Times of India.(mumbai) in November which I came across, work from home opportunities for housewife’s so I contacted the number for job for my mom. The add mentioned hyundai motors as the company so I thought it was genuine, also because it was published in TOI I thought it had to be genuine as it’s one of the leading newspapers of the country,  I called the number gave my mother’s details name age education qualifications and they said they have entered it in the system and will call back later, on Diwali (14th November) they called saying job is confirmed and they asked for 3100 rs for registration which they said was refundable once we left the job, and it was just a security deposit for the laptop and phone they would be providing with the company personnel.

I ended up paying the 3100, and after that I got a message stating to pay 7500 for insurance of the laptop and phone, which I didn’t even have, then they said that this is immediately refundable money, they just need to show the government that they are sending laptop and phone and company is providing insurance incase the laptop and phone has any problem in the future. And this money is entirely refundable immediately, and as soon as I transfer the money he will immediately transfer it back with in one minute and he claimed that they are hundai motor employees, I asked them to make me speak to the manager, they made me speak to a manager also, who was female and I ended up transfering 7500 like a fool to there account.

Then after that I got a message stating that now tranfer 12500 for GST and I lost my temper, the person claimed that as soon as the 12500 would be transferred I would get back both the 7500 and 12500 immediately, and he will stay online, I insisted that I donot want NO JOB, JUST GIVE MY MONEY BACK, BUT HE SAID THAT THEN YOUR 7500 WILL be stuck in the system, I was fuming with anger that time, he convinced me that this was the last transaction and after that all the money would be immediately transferred back to my account in no time, and if I didn’t pay up, the whole money, would get stuck.

I like a fool ended up paying the 12500 also and what WAS SHOCKING WAS THAT I GOT MESSAGE STATING THAT NOW PAY 15000 FOR SOME CHALLAN, THE GUY PRETENDED  THAT HE WAS TRANSFERRING THE MONEY BUT IT WAS NOT GETTING TRANSFERRED AND ONCE I PAYED 15000 EVERYTHING WOULD BE SORTED. AND HE MADE ME SPEAK TO HIS SENIOR MANAGER who claimed his name was mr. Agarwal, the guy sent me his adhar card, I donot know if it’s real or not, just to convince me he was real so I PAYED the 15,000 AS WELL. at that time I HAD HAD IT.

I KNEW I was coned, there was no company and no job and these guys had no morality what so ever. I thought I will just forget about it, more than getting my money bank, I was more concerned about the fact they must have coned so many innocent people, and what got my blood boiling was there add is being published in the times of India, EVERYDAY. IT WAS PUBLISHED EVEN YESTERDAY THAT GOT ME FUMING AS THEY are coming so many innocent people, by building the trust laid by Times of India and HYUNDAI motors company.

I also spoke to hyundai motors company office, and they clarified that THEY WERE NOT OFFERING ANY SUCH JOB AND they will look into the matter but I don’t think they followed it up, because I saw the add in yesterday’s newsppaper and it makes me. Really really sad that they are still continuing to con people.

I SINCERELY HOPE THAT YOU SHALL TAKE THE NECESSARY STEPS AND BUST THESE PEOPLE, AND SAVE MANY FROM GETTING CONED.
