Unhappy with your technical support
My internet having issue from last 45 Days ( Slow and Disconnection )
1- Slow Net Speed As per PLAN ( from last 45 Days )
2- Disconnection internet daily 2 to 3 hour issue
2- Engineer Visit not assign by TIKONA properly
3- minimum 40 to 50 times call to Tikona support ( No solution )
4- Every Support team is senior while call they told me and no one take action from last 45 Days
5 – No one visited at my end from 4 to 5 days ( from last 45 days same issue )
6- Now i assume your tikona company is very fraud and not proving proper support
Mutiple mails and reminder no one taken action so please dont buy it tikona my money wasted – PRAVIN
