I have order an item from a third party seller ,order id ends with 7918 on 13 dec 2020 and i pay the amount . The delivery date expected is 18 dec 2020 but on 17 th dec the order is seeing as cancelled one.. i couldnt cancel my order. I think this is a fraud one, i dont except this kind of frauds in amazon platfom. I couldnt get any info about the refund.

I contact amazone customer executives ,they said the seller was third party and the item ordered is not a amaxone fullfilled item, the amazone platform has no control over third party sellers in shiping and delivery of item.

Sir,all people except a minority can order an item in amazone platform is due to their trust in amazone platform.majority customers could not bother or look around the seller name or their background, they only believs Amazone. some third party sellers make costomers fool with the amazone label..

I get a mail from amazone that i get the refund with in 3 to 5 days, sir which means a fraud third party seller can utilise my money over 10 to 12 days, behind the trust of Amazone .the same product with same prize is showing in amazone platform at this time instant to make trouble another customer of amazone

I, customer, humbly requested you to protect us from fruad third party sellers and made a complete control over third party seller using amazone platform.
