Two days ago i came across Festia.official and liked the designs i was coming through their pages before a lot of time. This time i went to order dinnerwear. They were continuously waiting for order confirmation as soon as i gave order confirmation, within two hours i was blocked and my messages were not getting seen. I had their googlepay number contacted them their. Obviously they were not receiving call. At that night, one of them received the call and were talking very rudely. All the cheap young boys. I said i will complain about you guys in consumer forum and all. Next day they saif “hum ko to app fraud samaj rahe ho na” then they said if u want refund, pay 540 GST amount rightnow we will refund. 😳 or wait for another 7 days. Then another day they started talking vulgar saying, we work in manforce company and shit related to it.
