Iam Janarthanan from Tamil Nadu. Iam a regular telegram user. I joined a telegram group of named KANDLA CUSTOMS. In this channel, Anand Kumar was the admin. He put many attractive offers on electronic appliances.

I saw messages of this channel about a week. On June 30 he put an offer hp omen laptop is at rs 4000. So I asked him what is the procedure to order this laptop.

He told me first pay the advance amount of rs 4000 and send your address and he send the numbers of phonepe Google pay to which account to send the money. Then I also send the money of rs 4000. After a hour he sent the tracking id and a link (https://expresscourier.in).

Then also he said that to sent courier amount of rs 1890. After few hours I also sent the remaining amount. He told me that my order will receive in 3-4 days(Before July 6). But I checked the tracking website it always shows that status “received”.

So I asked him about this he told me it will change after 24 hours. So I checked another day it never changing. I asked him next day (July 2). He did never reply me and asked home today(July 3) also he blocked me. I studied a complaint about LED TV Fraudulent about same Anand Kumar Custom officer.

So I got afraid. Iam from too backward family and the amount paid to him is from my college fees. So iam requesting you very please to refund my amount please sir. I attached the evidence and chats with him. Please sir take this a complaint or anything.

During the lockdown my family can’t survive over this economy. Please sir kindly take action or just refund my amount of rs 5980
