Dear Team,
I have JIO fiber connection 9620124268 and i have recharged my JIO internet service 7 days back. There is no internet connectivity from the day i recharged. I raised concern over JIO support service whatsapp, chat but the issue didnt get resolved. Then i called to the customer care asking for support and they created a ticket saying my issue will be resolved. My Ticket was then closed without any support service, no engineer visited my house. This is complete fraud and who will pay for the money which spent on rescharge.
